Project Description This very elegant dining establishment is approximately 10,000 SF of river view dining with a full service seafood kitchen. The building is all wood framing with exposed structural glue laminated beams and roof decking. The exterior of the building is sheet metal siding and stone veneer. Interior finishes include copper, stainless steel and several types of stone quarry tile. This project also includes complete site improvements with irrigated landscaping and a complete paved parking area. Not only is this restaurant accessible from the street, but also by water.
