Columbia Basin College Hawk Union Building
2600 North 20th
Pasco, WA
Project Description
This project was a $1.5 million renovation and addition to the student
union building on the Columbia Basin College campus. The scope of work
included enclosing the second floor with an ellipitcal opening, adding
a stairway that had to be excavated inside the existing building, updating
the finishes throughout the building, adding a restroom, and updating
the electrical and fire alarms systems.
The HUB
was especially challenging as a result of the entire scope of work had
to occur during summer break, lasting just three months. Chervenell
was able to work in conjunction with the owner to make this another
successful project on the campus.
