This high profile job was funded by donations. Chervenell Construction
Company was selected for the construction management contract. Our input
was helpful in bringing this job in on time and within budget.
The Children’s
Center is a traditional slab on grade wood framed structure with approximately
20,000 square feet. The facility includes offices, classrooms and outside
play areas. The Children’s Center is the new home of the Benton-Franklin
Head Start Program as well as the Benton-Franklin Development Center
and is located in the Richland “Y” area just off Highway 240.
