Project Description This new 9,800 square foot building is the new home of a branch of Columbia Trust Bank based in Pasco, Washington. This project consisted of a wood framed structure with a partial basement, a concrete vault and full banking facilities as well as fully irrigated landscaping, a new parking lot and a drive-through customer service window. This project was completed in only three months!
