Project Description
Yakima Federal Savings and Loan, is a single story, wood frame, brick veneer, 4800 square foot building.The interior generates an open, airy atmosphere with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and massive wood beams. There are two large executive offices, seven teller windows, two teller windows with four drive-up lanes, employee lounge and kitchen. It has a large parking lot and landscaping with underground irrigation.
