Project Description The Crest Building is a 20,000 SF two story office building in the Grandridge Business Park. A stucco exterior and Slate tile columns will lead up to a tapered soffit which will give this building a unique appearance. The entire first floor and part of the second will house new offices for the Social Security Administration with the remainder of the second floor available for future tenants.
