Project Description This state-of-the-art facility incorporated two different types of construction, which included concrete tilt-up and typical wood framing. With over 49,000 square feet, this ADA accessible building has a computer lab, full-sized gymnasium, band room and many other amenities that will help with the educational environment. It sits on approximately 12 fully landscaped and irrigated acres and includes staff and visitor parking areas as well as lots of playground equipment. A separate HVAC system for pressurizing a portion of the school for emergency situations was also installed.
