Project Description The Jadwin Avenue Office Building is a 32,000 square foot office building with many extra amenities. The project included a 7,000 square foot full basement and three-stories above grade. The basement includes tenant storage units and mechanical systems. Three floors are set up for tenant improvements, with fully-finished restrooms and corridors. A conference room was built on the second floor for tenant use. Community First Bank signed on as the first tenant and the project added a full floor of tenant improvements, including a drive-through ATM covered canopy, teller window and two additional office suites. The building finishes include granite floors, cherry-stained birch wood paneling, and matching doors and window re-lites. The elevator features bronze finishes and a window along the back wall facing out to the lobby of the building. The exterior of the building is brick with the 2nd and 3rd floors incorporating full-height glass curtain walls with bronze glass.
