Description
This
$15.3 million project consists of modernization of approx. 73,000 SF of
the existing school, approx. 19,000 SF additions, plus site
improvements. This job has multiple phases, with final completion in
February 2009.
The project is
going well with a little bit of help from the weather. We are
completely roofed for phase one and will be scheduled to turn over the
small gym to the owner early on 4/1/08 to get a jump on phase two larger
gym area. The balance of phase one will be complete on 5/20/08.
