Chervenell Construction has a unique resume with a wide variety of projects, both in size and complexity. This niche in the industry allows for Chervenell to cater to a wide variety of owners and provide a product that is second to none.

Richland Public Library
topThis project consists of a 33,000 SF remodel of the existing City of Richland Library as well as a 25,000 SF addition. The exterior of the building consists of a mixture between existing/salvaged brick and a metal panel/curtain wall system with precast concrete panels. The interior of the structure has wood ceilings, wood panels, custom casework, stained concrete floors, etc.

Tri-City Herald
topThis project includes a new 45,000 SF office building, 12,000 SF laydown/printing addition, modernization of the existing paper distribution area, and complete site improvements.

Anthony's, Richland
topThis very elegant dining establishment is approximately 10,000 SF of river view dining with a full service seafood kitchen. The building is all wood framing with exposed structural glue laminated beams and roof decking.
