The new 80,000 sq ft. Center for Career and Technical Education will be placed on the Columbia Basin Community College Campus in Pasco, WA at the existing Charlie and Helen Cox AG Research Field to the North side of the campus.

The new building will be constructed of concrete masonry units and structural steel. This Project will be a LEED silver based on LEED-NC, Version 2.2. There will be four wings with a common demonstration area connection the wings. With the site location and challenging structural elements, this building will be a showpiece for those who enter the ever growing Columbia Basin Community College Campus.
