This project was a renovation of the existing Library building in the center of the Columbia Basin College campus.

The scope of work included adding/remodeling four classrooms, adding multi-leveled visual display boards, and making the restroom facility compliant with current ADA requirements.

In addition, Chervenell was able to provide value engineering so that the owner could save on seminar tables that were installed throughout the classroom areas.
