The Children's Center is a traditional slab on grade wood framed structure with approximately 20,000 square feet. The facility includes offices, classrooms and outside play areas. The Children's Center is the new home of the Benton-Franklin Head Start Program as well as the Benton-Franklin Development Center and is located in the Richland "Y" area just off Highway 240.
