This project is a remodel of the existing CBC Richland Campus. The scope of work included updating the fire sprinkler and alarm system to be in compliance with the code for a public high school as well as various architectural and other code related upgrades to make the facility compliant.
The school was developed with a unique group of community leaders and will be a great addition to the education of the youth of the Tri-Cities.
