The Fort Simcoe Dormitory project is based in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range.

These four new buildings were built for the Department of Labors Job Corp which is based out of Ft. Simcoe in White Swan, WA. With a long and heavy winter the schedule was not affected and all four buildings were finished on time and under budget.

The overall square footage of the project was approx. 55,000 square feet on 5 acres. Each building was constructed of interior and exterior CMU Walls, wood roof trusses with asphalt shingles. With the project complete the United States Government will now have 119 new dormitory rooms in which to house and train the students of the Job Corp.
