Kiona Benton High School Modernization and Addition is a 73,000 square foot remodel with an addition of approx. 20,000 square feet.

The project duration was 18 months and three challenging phases of construction which included; a new bus maintenance building, track, tennis courts, greenhouse, performing arts center, associated landscaping, and the overall remodel of the existing school. The structural steel building was placed on approximately 27 acres based on the Northern portion of Benton City located in Eastern Washington.
