McClure Elementary School was built with a combination of construction materials. The primary structure for the classroom wings was wood framing and a truss roof structure.

The material for the gymnasium and the administration portion of the building was CMU and structural clay units. This state of the art school is approximately 62,000 SF and includes complete site improvements with separate staff and bus loading parking lots and fully irrigated landscaping.
