The project consists of both remodel/modernization and new construction.

The new addition to the building will add ADA accessible Men's and Women's restroom facilities as well as Staff RR facilities and new building mechanical systems.  The renovation of the interior consists of mechanical revisions to allow for new and higher acoustical ceilings to be installed, added sinks, a fire sprinkler system, and all new updated finishes.

On the exterior the façade will be updated with metal panels, the roof will be reroofed with metal panels and TPO roofing.  Overall the project is a quick makeover to the building as the entire scope of work is going to be completed during the summer break for the school district and will go immediately into use when school begins in August.
