Scootney Springs Elementary School is a complete modernization and addition to an existing elementary school campus.

The project was originally scheduled to be complete in 5 phases over 24 months. Chervenell has worked with the owner and design team to revise the phasing plan and reduce it to a 3 phase project over 13 months.

The scope on the project consists of extensive demo and abatement activities, a new interior building layout, an updated exterior façade, as well as additions to two sections of the school. The end result will be a sharp exterior comprising of a combination of brick masonry and metal panels, and a spacious interior with improved traffic pathways and access throughout the school. All while increasing the schools basic functions and upgrading the classroom technology package.
