Sun Valley Elementary School is a 43,000 square foot masonry and wood construction building sitting on 18.5 acres.

It is located next door to Sierra Vista Middle School which was also a Chervenell Construction project. This 8.3 million dollar project was designed carefully to accommodate future expansion as the school district grows.

The building systems and layout are such that a gym, kitchen and classroom wing can be added when the time is right. The exterior brick and the wood framed cupola on the roof give Sun Valley a unique look compared to some of the Districts other buildings.
