Toppenish High School Modernization and Additions is an 18 million dollar project involving the addition of one new building, a grandstand and concession stand at the football field and the remodel of 5 existing buildings.

The project was phased over 2 school years to allow the high school to continue operations. The new construction is primarily CMU walls and engineered wood roof structures.
