The facility is a 56,000 square foot upscale food market. One of the unique challenges on this project was the transparent stained and polished concrete floors on the main sales area. The concrete needed to be perfectly flat and no oil or other concrete staining chemicals could be dropped on the concrete surface prior to the staining and sealing.

The floor had to be placed during one of the coldest winters in recent times. These challenges were met head-on by the entire project team and the store was finished beautifully and open for business right on schedule.
