The Ti Sport New Facility is a 65,000 square foot Tenant Improvement of an existing grocery store.

The existing building has been empty and required a large amount of revitalization. The project included the build-out of approximately 10,000 square feet of new office space and 55,000 square feet of production and warehouse facility. The mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded and replaced to support the new us of the building.
