This project is a 17,000 SF Tenant Improvement off Road 68 in Pasco, WA for Lourdes Medical Center.
The facility has 3 separate suites which contain 3 different groups within the Lourdes Network. Each wing contains separate exam rooms, treatment rooms, and one of the wings contains mammogram equipment, X-Ray equipment, and a central lab facility. The project was finished on schedule and budget despite ongoing issues with the existing building presenting challenges that were overcome.
