At the final stages of the design process performed detailed budgeting and value engineering effort as well as constructability review.
The project broke ground in mid March 2011 and is scheduled for completion in September. It is a two story wood office building with both completed space as well as future shell space.
The project will be approximate 12,000 SF and will include 12 exam rooms, a lab space, treatment rooms, lobby/waiting room, and staff offices/work areas. Chervenell has aided in the final design and value engineering process greatly and is working hand-in-hand with the owner to get the best possible product while maintaining budget.
