Project consisted of a complicated 80,000 SF tenant improvement project in downtown Bellevue with extremely limited access and lay down areas. The project had large open studio space completed with access flooring allowing for fully mobile work stations and movable electrical and data points for future flexibility.
In addition to the architectural build out of the space the project included the addition of new rooftop mechanical provisions. Moving the units to the roof was a complicated project in itself requiring large cranes to facilitate the move.
