Pre-construction services were provided at the beginning of design to provide constructability review and ongoing estimating to assure the project comes in on time and on budget.
The Cascade Natural Gas Office Building is a 26,000 square foot office building with many amenities.
The project included a 7,000 square foot basement and two-stories above grade. The basement includes storage areas, mechanical and IT systems. The upper floors are set up with a combination of private offices, open floor space, and conference rooms. The lower floor includes a covered patio for employee use and the upper floor contains an exterior patio off of the conference room for events.
The building will be a LEED certified project and will incorporate many elements that promote energy efficiency, employee productivity, and overall environmental impact into the design. The exterior of the building is brick and stucco with all floors incorporating multiple windows to enhance the day lighting of the building.
