Richland Public Library Expansion and Renovation

Project Description

This project consists of a 33,000 SF remodel of the existing City of Richland Library as well as a 25,000 SF addition.  The exterior of the building will consist of a mixture between existing/salvaged brick and a metal panel/curtain wall system with precast concrete panels.  The interior of the structure has wood ceilings, wood panels, custom casework, stained concrete floors, etc.  The project offers many scheduling and coordination challenges, which offer CCC another opportunity to show how our knowledge and experience can be a great tool to a complex project.
