Tri Cities Regional Business and Visitor Center

Project Description
This project is a one-story office building consisting of three separate suites ranging in size from 3,000 SF to 4,500 SF with a total project square footage of 14,650 SF.  The exterior of the building is comprised of split face CMU block and glazing.  The project is located adjacent to the Tri-Cities Convention Center and will be home to The Tri-City Development Council (TRIDEC), the Tri-Cities Visitor and Convention Bureau, and the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce.  The project is scheduled to be completed in November 2008.
