Project Description The Ti Sport New Facility is a 65,000 sf remodel of the existing Food pavilion Store at 2701 West Court Street, Pasco WA. The construction includes the build-out of approximately 10,000 sf of new office space and 55,000 sf of production and warehouse facility. New and improved mechanical and electrical systems are part of this remodel. Their will also be some façade and color changes to the exterior as well. Construction should wrap up in November 2010. It is nice being involved with such an improvement to the area.
