Project Description The new two-story 12,000SF building was complete June 2009. The first floor is occupied by the Port of Kennewick’s Yacht Club with the second story to be a future tenant. This project had many unique components, including: metal wall panels, metal siding, exposed glue laminated beams, sunscreen grating, galvanized steel beams, columns and railings, plus an 80 foot gangway. This project is a showcase on the island which makes the entrance much more enjoyable as one enters the ever growing Clover Island.
